1) Hover over "My Account" and go to "Orders" in the drop-down menu.

2) Click on the ID number of the order you would like to return.

3) Click on the "Registration of the return" link in the upper right corner.

4) Select if you would like to "Replace Item" (exchange) or "Refund" from the dropbox.

5) Check each item you would like to return/exchange.  Select the quantity of each item you would like to return/exchange.

6) Select the reason for the return/exchange.

7 Press the "Return" button
