FAQ

How does this work?  Where do I login?

You must be a registered DopeHut user to sign-up.  You can register for free by clicking the "Register" link in the top right corner.  Once you are logged-in, just click the "Apply Here" link above.  Your account will need to approved before you can see the affiliate control panel.  Once you have been approved, you may need to log-out and log back in.    

How does the multi-tier affiliate system work?

Click on the "Affiliate Plan" link in the affiliate control panel.  Under "Commissions", you will see a link labled "Link to add a new affiliate". You will earn 10% of any earnings by anyone that signs up to be an affiliate through this link. You will also earn 5% from any affiliates they refer. Click on the "Account Balance" link to see affiliates under you.     

What is my coupon code?

Click on "Affiliate Plan" to find your coupon codes.  Your unique coupon codes are in the "Coupon_Code" box. There may be more than one coupon code you can earn money from with different commsion rates.  

How do banners and text links work?

We have graphic banners and text links for you to post on your website or blog.  You will receive 5% from any orders referred by you.  These links use cookies that last 30 days to track affiliate orders.  Rembmer, people can always clear their cookies on their browser; so the safest way for you to receive your commision is through your unique coupon code.  

What is my balance?

Just click on "Account balance" to see your balance and commisions earned in past months.   

Click on "Commissions" to see individual orders reffered by you.  

How do I cash out?

You must have a minium balance of $30 to receive a cash payout. However, you can get paid with a gift certificate with any balance.

To receive a cash payment, you must have submitted a W9 form (U.S. residents) or W-8BEN form (International) for tax purposes.  Please fax the completed form to DopeHut's affiliate department at:  408 -550-7925 or email to affiliate@dopehut.com 

When you are ready to receive a cash or credit payout, just email affiliate@dopehut.com with the subject "Payout" from the email address you used for registration.
